This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to class tuition and registrations purchased through Retire Well. Retire Well is a brand owned and operated by Beeliance LLC. By registering for a class and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
01 All Sales Are Final
Class tuition is non-refundable. All registrations are final once payment is submitted. This applies whether or not you attend the class, and whether you attend one session or both sessions of a multi-evening workshop.
02 One-Time Charge, No Subscription
Your class tuition is a single, one-time charge. Registering for a class does not create a subscription, a membership, or any recurring billing arrangement. You will not be enrolled in automatic payments, and no further or repeating charges will be made to your payment method for a completed class registration.
03 Transfers to a Future Class
We understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend the dates you registered for, we are glad to help you attend a future class instead. At your request, and subject to availability, we can actively enroll you in a scheduled future class at no additional cost.
To request a transfer, contact us using the details below before or shortly after your scheduled class dates, and we will arrange your enrollment in an upcoming session.
04 No Account Credits or Held Credits
We do not issue account credits, store credits, or held balances. In place of a credit, we will assist you in enrolling in a future scheduled class as described in Section 03. Tuition amounts are not converted to a credit to be applied at a later date of your choosing.
05 How the Charge Appears on Your Statement
Your payment is processed by Beeliance LLC, the company that owns and operates the Retire Well brand. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the charge may appear on your statement as Beeliance LLC rather than as Retire Well. If you see a charge from Beeliance LLC that you do not recognize, it is most likely your class registration.
If you are unsure about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can quickly confirm your registration and help you identify the charge, which is faster than a formal dispute for everyone involved.
06 Cancellations or Changes by Us
On rare occasions, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control. If we reschedule or cancel a class you are registered for, we will notify you and enroll you in the next available class at no additional cost. Where a comparable future class cannot be arranged, we will work with you directly to reach a fair resolution.
07 Agreement to This Policy
By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is presented at the time of checkout and is available on this page at any time. We may update this policy from time to time, and the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
