These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your registration for and attendance at events offered by Retire Well. By using this website or registering for an event you agree to these terms.

Retire Well is an educational retirement workshop brand operated by Beeliance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Retire Well provides educational workshops and related content and does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Workshop events are hosted by independent professionals licensed in their state(s) of jurisdiction, who bear sole responsibility for their presented content and offered services, with no employment or partnership relationship to Beeliance LLC.

Section 2: Educational Purpose Only

All workshops and content exist for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented at any event or on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Attendees are encouraged to consult qualified licensed professionals before making financial decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Section 3: Eligibility and Age Restriction

This website and our events are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, register for an event, or provide us with any personal or contact information, including a mobile phone number for text messaging. By using this website or registering for an event, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from, or direct our services to, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information.

Section 4: Event Registration

Attendance at our educational events is voluntary. Some workshops are free and some require a fee, as stated on the applicable registration page. Registration can be cancelled through the confirmation email you receive. Seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Both Beeliance LLC and the workshop host may cancel or reschedule events.



Section 5: No Sales Obligation

Event attendance creates no obligation to purchase products or services or to enter into any agreement. Any professional services offered after an event occur between attendees and individual professionals independently, without Beeliance LLC facilitation or endorsement.

Section 6: Your Information

By registering, you consent to Beeliance LLC and the hosting advisor using your contact information to send event confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Our Privacy Policy governs our complete data practices. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to text messages.

Section 7: Text Messaging, Message & Data Rates, and Carrier Disclaimer

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Beeliance LLC and the hosting advisor relating to event confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for or attending any event or of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Message frequency may vary. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan and applicable charges.
• Opting out. You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. After you send STOP, we may send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
• Carrier liability disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Beeliance LLC and the hosting advisor are not responsible for the timeliness, delivery, or receipt of any message, which depends on factors outside our control.

Section 8: Data Security

Beeliance LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational protections within a HIPAA compliant environment, maintains Business Associate Agreements with platform providers, and carries commercial cyber liability insurance. Our Privacy Policy provides complete details.

Section 9: Intellectual Property

Website content, graphics, logos, and materials belong to Beeliance LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or the creation of derivative works requires express written permission.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

Beeliance LLC and its affiliates bear no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from event participation or website use. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for event attendance, which is typically zero dollars.

Retire Well maintains no affiliation with the Social Security Administration, IRS, Medicare, or any governmental agency. The website and events are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted service.

Section 12: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Delaware law governs these terms. Disputes proceed through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules in Delaware, with class action waivers enforced. Courts retain jurisdiction for injunctive relief.

Section 13: Changes to These Terms

Beeliance LLC reserves the right to modify these terms, with updated effective dates posted accordingly. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
